Okay.. so my large co2 thing just will not pump co2 in to the tanks with out hassel! I always have to move the tubes and junk all around to get it to work. what is the deal? :/ it will jsut buildpressure and pop the pressure safe guard off. :X what is happening? the outlet is not at the bottem of the tank or anything.

EDIT: so it appears that when I place it ona higher elevation so it is euqal to the levle of the bottem of the tanks.. it then will work.. :/ what is up with that?

Hmmm, strange. Have you double checked there is nothing in the airline that may be blocking it? Are you using the softer silicon tubes? maybe they are kinking and stopping the flow? Maybe try undoing it all and blowing through the hoses to make sure its all ok.

Can't help appart from that.

Dylan

ps at least it is not popping the bottle and sending yeast/sugar/water all over the place.

:D yeah tell me about it.. well tomorrow I plan to take he whole thing about and gie it a good flushing.. :/ doe sit have to be at a certain level? :/

I have my bottles below my tank without any issues. It sounds like there might be a leak somewhere.

Not wanting to be a smart a--, but, if you have a check valve in the line, is it possibly in back wards?
Cheers;
I am not that retarded. I am thinking the silicone has gave out..

So.. the only problems I sdee is that the seals keep busting. how annoying.. what can I do about that? and why? I have never had such a problems today

Are you using the little threaded parts to ensure a good seal and hold on the bottles and hoses?

:/ Nope.. please introduce me to these parts.

I might be making one last on using pvc pipe xd :/

I know of two types of these little screw in fittings. One you can apparently buy from model aircraft or model car shops and they are made for use in the fuel systems of the little vehicles. They consist of a barbed nipple on one side and a threaded part on the other side. You drill a hole in the lid of your bottle and screw the part in an tighten with the little nut.

The second type I found at my local hardware/DIY store. They are meant to be used for garden irrigation and they are a little tube (15mm long 4mm diameter) with a thread on both sides. You need to make the hole in the bottle lid slightly too small so when you screw these in it is air tight (they don't have a little nut). the hose can then go onto the other side.
