I bought a glass diffuser from ebay few weeks ago. They have mentioned that it will work for yeast co2 but now I think it isn't building enough pressure.
Is there any alternative way to do this? I dont think I will but pressurized co2 tank.

3/4 tsp yeast
2 cups sugar (250g)
1.5L coke bottle

I used to add 1/2 tsp yeast but it didnt produce enough bubbles and low pressure. So I added little less than 1 tsp
I have used 2 coke bottles, I'm getting around 2-3 bps. (This lasts for 2 weeks)
Thanks!

I had the same problem for a while. I eventually found out that my problem lied within my silicone job for the 2L bottles. I would recommend checking these things for leaks all around your set-up with some soapy-water (obviously dont put it in the fish tank :p).
