Diy Canopy?

Well, I'm thinking about a DIY canopy for my 55gallon to make a reef. I'm using an Aqua Flora Plus by Quantum Aquatics, the bulbs are 40watts and T6. I was wondering if 4-6 of them would be enough lighting for a reef?

individual reflectors are a must when using tubes on a reef. T6's will be really hard to find in a marine colour. I would go for T5's if i were you.
