Ok, so I've been pondering this for a long time, and I've decided to move my bettas to a 10g.
But as most of you know, it would be a bad Idea to just throw in a bunch of bettas.
And I'm not good at DIY projects, so I'm in the market.
I found these, but I was woundering what sive I need.
I have a regular rectangular 10G tank

Don't bump! Spammer! :p

I suppose it would depend on your tank dimensions, which you have not given us...

If you really need them, because there so many different rectangular 10g dimentions....

Now these mesuments are, I think< not exact. I used a normal ruler, in inches.
10" 1/3 Wide
12" 1/3 Tall
18" Long

Happy?

I have a divider similar to this one. They work great, and you can cut the plastic sheet of the divider to fit to your tank. The only problem I had with it is that the side/sides away from the filter don't get filtered well if at all. If it's in an unfiltered tank then I don't see any problems. I've also heard of replacing the plastic sheet with plastic canvas. There are more and bigger holes for the water to circulate. HTH :D

I guess if I actually read the post it would have been better. Looks like you'd need the xlarge ... and trim it to fit.

There's NOTHING wrong with bumping a post - especially on this forum where there are so many posts, especially in just a few minutes' time, silly TF... :p

I have those dividers in my 10G tank and I really like them, except they don't let the water through nearly well enough. I have it divided into 3 sections, the middle section is where the filter goes. The 2 outside compartments don't get a whole lot of flow action, which I'm sure they appreciate but the tops of their sides get kinda slimy. I have tossed around the idea of replacing the plastic holey part that comes with the dividers to plastic canvas, also. I think that would work marvelously!

Thanks....I just put an order in....

Here's a link to some normal colored dividers (the sidebars are black rather than turquoise):

from Drs Foster and Smith.

You'd need the 10G ones.
And they're right here in Wisconsin!
How Sweet - I'm going to get some of these!!!
Thanks for the link girl! I have those terrible turquoise one, and I just HATE them with my pretty natural looking tanks! And these are cheap!

Woohoo here I come! :p
