Distorted Monitor, Can I Fix It?

Got a 22" monitor for free today when cleaning out a warehouse at work.

its sony so i imagine its worth a few bob buit at the mo the screens a kinda wave shape that none of the controls seem to be able to bend back.


im thinkin its either broken or i need to get the numbers right in the config to get the lines straight.

jus wondering if theres any tools to download that will help me?

Does it have little buttons at the bottom piece of plastic, underneath the actual screen?

yea i kno about them but i stillc ant get it straight.

thats why i think its either broken or totally screwed up with the config so its hard to get it back right.

Sometimes at school, we f**k up the monitors, and then the nerd technician comes and fiddles with them...
if it isnt working now, then haveing a fiddle wont do any harm?
up to you, if its nice enough, and you need it or want to sell it, then try n get it fixed...
