About a month ago now, one of my bettas had columnaris. Made a full recovery and I'm confident in taking him out of the hospital tank. His main tank has been running with filter, plants, shrimp and pond snails the whole time hes been gone. I haven't added any medication to his main tank because I wasn't trying to harm the plants or shrimp. I've maintained weekly water changes while hes been gone. Could there still be a chance of him getting sick again if move him back? What steps should I take to disinfect the tank without killing the plants or shrimp?
