disinfect equipment after treating ich?

Would anybody recommend cleaning my equipment after its been put in the tank that had ich in it? I recently had ich and now it seems ok after treatment but should be worried about my gravel cleaner and fish net and other stuff?

It's always a good idea to disinfect nets and equipment that comes in contact with fish that have illnesses. You could boil the equipment for a few minutes or disinfect it with chemicals. The former is cheaper and safer.

Also run fresh carbon in your filter.
