Ive been fighting this disease roller coaster. I treat one, then next thing i know i get another. i dont get it. my water is good. my nitrates got up to almost 40 last week, but has dropped down to under 20 now and getting better. no ammonia, no nitrates, steady temp and ph at a steady 7. seems like this all started when i put plants in. right now i have a fish with this fungus looking stuff on his jaw and left eye. (pic in emerg section). i had a feeling if i changed the tank something bad would happen. the tank was so good till just 2 weeks ago, when i planted. sorry to cry about it, just needed to vent.
