Discus with holes in head

2 of our discus have some holes in their head (possibly more of them but the holes are still pretty small). Im thinking since they have holes in their heaf, then they probably have hole in the head disease... We got them a few days ago but I guess we didnt notice them at first.

Nitrate 15ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
pH 7.0
Temp 84F
