Which plecos if any are good for a discus tank.

Many fishkeepers will not keep plecos with any flat sided large fish (such as discuss, silver dollars & pacus) because some plecs develop a taste for the slime that coats the discus' body and will suck on the fish causing abrasions, infection & possible death.

also, pleco's are a heavy waste producer. Not ideal for keeping the perfect water conditions that discus require.
