So my discus pair have laid eggs for the second time. The first time, they ate them almost immediately, but it is the second night now and they are guarding them closely. There is only one white egg, and I am predicting wigglers by tomorrow. The tank has cardinal tetras and rummy nose. Honestly I’m not too interested in breeding and do not have the time/space or money for second tank.
I am curious on the changes of babies surging and growing, and if there’s anything easy I could do to maybe increase the chances, if the parents don’t eat them, is their a chance the tetras will?
