Discoloured Mollies

I have a two black lyre-tailed Mollies and a marbled Mollie who is now mostly black. Just in the past day one of the lyre-tailed Mollies has started to change colour. I can't tell if the scales are coming off or just changing colour to a more gold colour. It doesn't seem changed in character, still feeding etc. Any ideas?

Sorry- I didn't include all of the details I should 've!!

The water is as it has been for the past months, I explained the fish's symptoms.
I change about 15% of the water every 10 days or so, but it has been 2 weeks since i last changed it, as I was away.

Also in the 40l tank are;
2 guppies plus 2 guppie fry (they escaped from the breeding tank and have survived)
2 clown loaches
1 big sailfin pleco
3 neon tetra and 3 cardinal tetra
4 zebra danio
3 longfin danio
1 white cloud mountain minnow
2 glass catfish

no new fish recently
