1. Water parameters. (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, PH, temp', Hardness etc)

Nitrate 5-10ppm
Nitrite 0
PH 8.0

2. A full description of the fishes symptoms.
She has a split tail and some white mould on her back.
3. How often you do water changes and how much.
Generally every Saturday 30%, however yesterday I had a re-scape, so did about 40%
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water.
Nothing
5. What tank mates are in the tank.
As in my profile.
6. Tank size.

7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish?
No, not for two weeks.
Help!!! Should I seperate her? We couldn't find her anywhere this afternoon, we looked everywhere in the tank. Then at food time, she just appears!
