Dirt On Rocks?

hey everyone!! I aint been on for quite a while now and now i need your help!
on my rock in my tank there seems to be alot of dirt almost like a dust covering on the rocks and it is also on the bed of my tank!
What do i need to do to get rid of this??
buy more hermits?? if so what kind??

also my cleaner shrimp died last nite and was wondering if i should get one 2 replace him??

Looks like detritus build up. Blow it off with a turkey baster until you can buy more clean up crew.

Agree....try and do it when you are ready for a water change...you'll remove a lot of it that way. SH

Sorry for the late reply mate, as MM & SH say it is just Detritus build up, give it a blast with a small powerhead (not to close) & syphon up when changing your water

Hermit & Serpent Star will help out with this
