Diamond sharks are a name occasionally given to the lemon or Gold Tinfoil barb, These get big (upto 13inches) and are territorial when kept correctly in a shoal, bordering on aggressive if they are kept alone.

that makes sense then, thanks for finding out for me! is there anything else i can do apart from getting another one beacuse a al ready have a fully grown bala shark dont think i can fit another big fish?

Really your only option is to rehome it to another tank,

Both Bala sharks and Tinfoils should never be kept in numbers less than three as they sooner or later become fairly aggressive as they are being forcd to live in a way unnatural to them, Also both need tanks that are at the very least 5 foot by 18inches wide
