difference between female guppy and male

what i want to know is how do i tell the difference between a male and female guppy.

Not being rude shark 89, but did you mom never taught you to say "please" and "thank you"?
I'm sure you would get a better response with a healthier attitude.

Some people just seem to log on here for an arguement, Well shark 89 the main difference is in the colour, the female is quite plain and the colour is in the tail where as the male is coloured all over. The mod obviously got out the wrong side of the bed.
