Well a long time ago (last year) before I knew about dyed fish I bought a pair of pink "fruit loops". I was wondering if it was if at all possible for them to mate? Or are they "sterilized" when they are dyed.
White Skirt Tetras then I think. I've heard of those, I think a color morph of the Black Skirt but they shouldn't be sterile though you may have two males or two females which would explain the lack of eggs.
Yes they're a type of tetra but more specifically a White Skirt Tetra as Teelie mentioned. I own 7 of them . They shouldn't be sterile from the dying process, but as with most tetras, good luck in breeding them.
