i noticed a tiny snail before work today, it was about the size of one grain of my sand, it looks like it hasnt hatched that long ago? could it be another mexican.
i hope its not, as they poo too much as it is.

Do you have any pics? it's possible, though somewhat unlikely. And keep in mind there is a pretty good chance it will get eaten before it gets big enough to actually help with cleaning your tank.

Without a pic there is no way to say for certain, but odds are that it is actually a Collonista snail or some relative. Turbo reproduction is pretty rare and the vast majority of cases where people think it has happened turn out to be just Collonistas.

Catchy post title by the way. Got my attention.

no i dont have a pic, it was this morning just before work, lights were out and i didnt have time to.
but it was just so tiny it cannot be from the LR, unless there was a egg that survived?

Catchy post title by the way. Got my attention.

haha, cheers

Collonistas are tiny...a big one is the size of a pencil eraser, most are smaller. I have hundreds on my rock that come out at night.
