so 1 week ago I bought 10 guppies and put em with the turtles, as of today there was only 1 guppy left, but I noticed a tiny thing swiming, I didnt know what it was at first, but as I inspected closer, it was in fact a tiny fish, a baby guppy.

My question is, did they reproduce in the tank? or could it have come from the store? but I highly doubt it.

And where do they lay there eggs? and how come the turtles didnt eat the egg?

Most probably there would have been pregnant female(s) in the stock you brought from the store. As for eggs, guppies don't lay eggs. They give birth to free swimming fry.

syntax_error has it spot on, female guppys give birth to live young and on a regular basis at that, a single female can give birth to over 30 fry a month, so its not unlikely that one gave birth in your turtle tank before it was eaten.
