Ick, parasites, TB? I have no idea.

A few days ago I did a quick water change on all my tanks. First my goldfish, then my tropical community tank then my guppy tank. I didn't vacuum this time, just used a one gallon water jug to remove about 15% of the water them refill it.

I noticed at that time that one of my new corys was swimming alone. I thought it was weird but let it go at that. Later that night, he was hovering in one spot and the others seemed uninterested in eating. The next morning he was dead and the others had some spots. I treated the tank with ick, have now put in the two doses and I think they are doing better.

Then this morning when I checked on my guppys, my favorite little male was dead and I caught another one sort of itch or flick herself against a rock. No one has any white spots and the dead male had clear something hanging out of his rear and it looked like his insides were coming out through a hole where is anus used to be.

Whats going on. Is it ick or something that was already brewing. Should I treat the tank now or is it something else. I have two females, one very pregnant and one thats not been right for a week or two. She is horribly skinny and sits always at the top and I'm not sure she's eating. I also have one male that is doing well and ten fry that are a few months old. Oh dear, now that I think about it, one of the fry unexpectedly died last week but he was always the smallest so I didn't think about an illness in the tank. Could this actually be a parasite attacking them.

Thinking as I go here so sorry I rambled on. I think I have a major problem on my hands.
