My female guppy died the other day. She had been bloated looking for some time and I just thought she it was from eating a lot as fast as she could whenever I fed the tank. The day before she had a long string hanging from her poop hole. It was pinkish red and almost looked like sausage links. It was encased in a clear sheath. The next day she died. Please if someone can help me out . I researched and think it may be Callamanus Worms ??? I have attached some pics.

How long have you had the guppy for?
Have you added anything to the tank in the last 2 weeks?

The fish has a really bad bacterial infection.

Monitor the remaining fish for changes in their body colour.

Post pictures of all the fish so we can check them for disease.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week. This will reduce the number of disease organisms in the water and make it less likely the other fish will get sick.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Thanks for replying Colin_T!
I had her for about a year. About a month before this the other female guppy died. Before that..I had 2 Cordy Catfish that died. The one was never found, the other looked liked he had a small chunk missing from his back near the top fin. He also had what looked to be white fungus on the area.
I did just get some new fish in the tank. One was a baby female guppy which I can't find and it's been days. Also 23 neon tetras and one of then is missing .
The guppy had been bliated looking for some time as was the other guppy who passed about a month ago. All the fish look pretty good..no discoloration. I do clean the gravel once a week and do about 1/3 of the tank water change.

Don't add any more fish until we figure out what is going on.

Increase the water changes to 75% and do them every day for a week to dilute anything that is in the water.

Are the fish eating well?
What does their poop look like?
