Did A 60% Water Change Friday

If it's spawning you want to read. Well you'd be right.

Started collecting eggs about 12 O'clock Saturday finished about 7. Thought it was mad collecting eggs from one female spawning
at one time, but ohh no all 3 decided to do it on the same day

After a back breaking 7 hours I have 500+ eggs, Probly around about 100 burst, and god knows how many where
eaten? Why, why do they put them on the back corner of the filter at the back of the tank.

Must admit was funny to see them eat a few eggs then get thier mouths all stuck together so they couldn't eat any more.

I did film some of it, IE me removing eggs with my fingers and the actual mating and spawning, but i've not uploaded
them from my camera. So I don't know if theyt came out. I'll do that now

I'll add anything that has turned out and maybe we can sort out a sticky for "Odd behaviour"

Ahhh yes the Peppers, with the adition of an air stone they stopped flicking. Untill I robbed the air filter Saturday for the eggs, they have started again so I may add some kind of meds. I've had no deaths from them so thats good 3 of then escaped thier side of the tank during the great egg hunt, so i'm just keeping watch. Just in case the the big bad Red Baron starts picking on them.

Thanks Inch, I probly could of got a better clip of the 'T' position but I was a bit busy at the time

Most of them hatched last night about 100 where infertile. Had to buy another tank today, well when I say tank I mean
an acrylic 11ltr one for £4.99. So they are nearly all in there apart from a few escapees that I've missed.

I'll either buy another sponge filter or make one.

So it's fingers crossed and plenty of waters changes.

Absolutely gutted, went to do a water change this morning. Most of them dead, 88 survived.
Just gone too them at 7pm 21 left.

I'm just glad this never happened on my first two spawns it would have been even more soul destrorying
than it is now.
