I think anemones are one of the most amazing creatures you can keep, and lice seeing photo's of them - only two other members have posted theirs so please do!! Sorry but I don't know the answer to you question on this but I'm sure Seffie or Ben or one of the guys will be here soon!!

Sounds alright to me. More random flow its better. Tunzes have quite wide flow aswel.

As for the flow I always go with the more the better as long as its not blowing the polyps of your rocks
