I currently have a 125L tank with an empty Fluval 405 filter point along the back of the tank from right to left then I also have a Koralia 1 pointing down the middle of the tank from left to right, does this sound ok or do you think another Koralia 1 pointing down the middle from right to left would be advisable?

That would give you around 2800lph, so over 20x turnover, that being said the koralia's flow is very wide so adding another will be fine, but not needed.

Yeah, as above you have enough in there. However I would still get another one as with only 1 powerhead you tend to get quite a few dead spots. Plus if that powerhead ever stops working you are going to be in trouble.
