Dead Oto

I came home from school today and found my oto dead....

Tested the water just this morning, everything is perfect...

He'd been eating fine... his body doesnt look too weird, but his stomach area does look very dark now, I never noticed that before... dont know if thats not just because he's dead now...

but yeah... any idea why?

Could you post your spesific test results? And other info about the tank; size,stocking, etc.

When a fish darkens in colour in can indicate a bacterial infection.

urgh..... i figured out what was wrong, nevermind.... I just called the LFS i got him from, and they told me that they can be pretty sensitive to treatment... I just treated the water this morning... i figure that was the problem.

they tend to be sensitive fish in general and are recommended for mature tanks where everything is pretty stable.
