dead hatchet fish

hey hey hey, wassup? i have 6 hatchet fish and the last 2 days 1 of them has been acting almost drunk looking and spinning n stuff n in slo mo. i didnt know hwat 2 do, thought it may b a faze. well this morning i woke and it was finally dead. i took it out n it has small patches on its scales, any1 have any idea? my rams, gouramis, bristle plecs and remaining 5 hatchets r fine. please help me sum1. thanx

You say it was spinning around... Was it turning over, onto its side?

yes it was turning upside down doing the hokie pokie and the huck-a-buck..haha

Swim bladder disorder. Not contagious, but it is either a bacterial infection (I suppose it would be considered contagious, then ) or, more likely, bad water quality, which is easily remedied by water changes, understocking, and less feedings.
