i think mine made one of those but it may also have been from the air pump but im not sure... whenn they make this does it mean introduce a female?if you want to breed that is.......

Not necessarily. It just means their happy. He had never made a bubble nest before and I fed him his first ever live bloodworms and this happened. So, he must like em.

yea.... happy bettas or frisky ones will build bubblenests..... females have to be conditioned with freeze dried foods or live foods before being introduced for breeding
