anyone know where i can obtain some? im posting in here as i think they are a little unusal and after reading the articles in TFH i wouldnt mind obtaining some and having a go at breeding them.

Pretty sure Trimar have had them before, not looked at their lists recently though. Have you asked Dan if he can get them?

I've mentioned this before, but if you go to Tropical Fish Finder, they have an online database of what fish are at what shops. Doesn't include all shops (e.g. Maidenhead Aquatics aren't there) but Wildwoods, Wholesale tropicals, and a bunch of others are. Anyway, go to the database page, type in Dario and see what you get... You should end up with a list of species, and when you hit the "stock" button by the one you're interested in, it'll tell you where has them in stock at the moment.

When I tried just now, I found that Wildwoods has Dario dario. Like any of these online catalogues, it's worth telephoning before hand just to check they haven't sold the last one in between updates.
