I just added a small leopard danio to my tank yesterday and it has been chasing my larger zebra danio pretty much all the time. It'll get right up next to the zebra and the two just go zipping around the tank. Is this type of behavior normal? Is just because the leopard is new to the tank and a bit stressed?

Perfectly normal. Ideally you want more than two danios - at least 4 -6

I think I found out why the leopard danio was bugging the zebra one so much. I turns out the zebra laid some eggs since it's looking noticably slimmer today.

That's just what leopard danio's were bred to do, chase zebra danio's. Perfectly normal.

Well, the Zebra Danio must have laid eggs as there are now small fry in the tank. Go figure, and we've only had the tank for about 8 weeks, already have fry. What's to come in the future?

I'm affraid that if you keep the adults and the fry in the same tank they will be eaten.
