Fish Crazy
I have a total of 4 danios. 2 area small golden longfin zebras. 1 is a long fin leaopard. The biggest is a regular color longfin zebra. At first they seemed to think they were guppies and didn't particularly hang out together. Maybe they were trying to school with the guppies but the guppies didn't school. Now they spend most of their time following each other in circles. Sometimes the biggest zebra likes to hide. I was worried the first time i looked and he was the only one i couldn't find for a minute or two. It seems to have a particular place where it likes to hide near the bottom in a back corner, but when it comes out it acts fine. I was wondering if maybe it's a she and it might be scattering eggs back there. If I vacuum the gravel and there are eggs, will they all get sucked up? Would I be able to see them if I look in the bucket? Is it pretty easy to tell what gender danios are? How many kids do they tend to have and about how long does it take?
