What fish are most likely to eat shrimps ?

Quite frankly, any fish with a mouth large enough!

If it's a tiny fish like a neon or a spotted rasbora, you ought to be ok...

it would probably be easier to tell us what fish you have/want to have in your tank and we can say whether they are suitable enough, we could be here forever with a list of fish that eat shrimps.

algae , cherry and tiger shrimps are wat im looking at

and iv got a pictus catfish which is the one concerned about

And so you should be, the pictus will eat them. The bigger amano shrimp could be OK for a week or two if you had a large heavily planted tank, but they will eventually most certainly be eaten.

There are still types of shrimp that are big enough to live with a pictus, but any invert you put in there is going to be vulnerable when it sheds its skin.
