Dalmation or Black ?????

Can someone tell me why my four Dalmation Mollies, which have been in situ for about 3 months now, are all turning black and losing their white spots, only one has any significant amount of white on him now, and thats mainly on his fins and underside, but the other three are nearly all black. Why is this?

That's normal. As Dalmation Mollies age, they tend to get darker and darker.

Mine did the same and I didn't know about it either. In fact I posted here in the livebearer's forum but no one replied. I was looking through some old digital pics last week and saw one of my mollies right after we got them. What a huge difference! They're almost solid black now.
