dalmation molly

my dalmation molly has just taken to sitting right at the top of my tank seeming to get air all the time. she wasnt doing this til i changed the water now she doesn't seem to want to swim anywhere. i'm wondering whether it's not just eating cos there's lots of little bits of food in the water now which i assume i disturbed from the botom of the tank. someone keep their fingers crossed for me.

What are the water tests?

ph was about 7.5 - 8, amonia was 0.1, nitrates was about 25 and nitrites was 0 (or possibly other way round). so i know my waters ok

Did you treat the new water for chlorine and such.
