Dalmation Molly emergency

I was looking at one of my dalmation mollys and it looks like it has a cyst near one of its fins. I thought it may be ich, but it doesn't look like typical ich. It just appeared today and the fish is still swimming and not gasping for air and is still eating.What do you think this is.
