i was thinking of buying a d-d complete pressurised disposable co2 set for 100 pounds
how long will one 500gram cylinder last in a 125litre planted aquarium
how many bps should i have....

Bps......... Impossible to give an accurate answer really. Get yourself a drop checker, and you will be able to monitor how much co2 you have in the water. Lots of info on drop checkers on the forum - do a search.
