Cyprinodon variegatus biotope?

I grew up in the northeast and wanted to plan a salt marsh biotope for these little bulldogs (and maybe some sticklebacks)! Anyone attempted this?

I haven't done it, but I've seen it done. I'll hopefully be doing something similar with mummichogs - we can compare notes as we go!
