well i recently (not really recently) ordered some worms off aquabid. And from it i got half a ziplock bag of grindle worms, half a bag of confused flour beetles and half a bag of this orangy stuff called cyclopeeze

whatever it is, my fry loves it! so i decided to check out just *what* cyclopeeze is, and it turns out that it's a 10 legged organism that is cultured, harvested and processed, and contains a lot of HUFAs (highly unsaturated fatty acids), and is very good for fish because:

" These highest levels of omega-3 HUFA's are essential for larval aquaculture applications and typically exceed forty times (40 X) those obtained from hatching the highest quality Artemia eggs."

by artemia eggs i assuem they mean bbs...so has anyone else tried this product before and is it really as good as they make it sound?

It supposedly really is that good. The company is said to be fantastic. I had a sample of the cyclopeeze awhile back and my fry liked it a lot. But then I gave the rest to a friend when she ran out of food for her marine tank

I've used it too and it really is great, even the older fish love it. The manufacturer is Hobby.

I can't help anyone living outside EU (I suppose it would cost too much to get the items then), but these german online stores have it:

Aquaristic.net, my favourite, the aquaristic.tec food and stuff is really cheap and ok quality, but it's not good to order only small amount since there is fixed shipment cost from 0 to 32 kilos. But if you order lots of stuff, it's the best place to order and they even answer the emails.

Aquaristikshop.com, some items are cheaper and the shipping costs vary depending on the weight, they haven't answered any of my emails, but usually everything has went ok.

I hope that helped someone. And Cyclop-Eeze is in freeze dried fish food section in Aquaristic.net and in it's own section under fish food in Aquaristikshop. But I suppose it isn't worth it to order just the Cyclop-Eeze from there, but we aquarists always have something more we need

hey cool thanks guys good to know that the site wasn't bsing me, but it amazes me that it can actually be 40x better than bbs if only it moved!!
