Cyclop-eeze: Frozen Vs. Freeze Dried?

Does anyone have an opinion or scientific evidence that one is significantly better than the other -OR- are they interchangeable?

Im pretty sure that Frozen food cantains more nutrients and is fresher then freeze dried foods.

ive had frozen daphnia, it was an excellent food. Also, because of the way a food is ''freeze-dried'', it often contains much less nutrients than the frozen alternative. I just wouldnt take chances with a reef that needs all the nutrients it can get; leave the freeze-dried stuff for FW

i know freeze dried is rubbish, which i feed occasionally at the moment
i'm a bit intimidated by the frozen stuff

None of my Freshies took it & neither do my Salties

So IMO , frozen is best
