My Nitrites are at 0.25,Ammonia at 0 and the Nitrates are at 10 ppm. I'm 3 and a half weeks into cycling. Is the end of the road near for me?

yep sounds like you're close. 3 weeks sounds like about enough time.

Personally today is the first time since the start of my cycle I could actually read the nitrite levels since they'd been off the scale for 3 weeks. if you're anything like me you're exctied to finally be able to add some fish.

Very close indeed. I just cycled a 30 gallon two weeks ago and my nitrites were off the scale, two days later they were at zero.

Mine were never "off the scale" or really very high. I guess if i'm seeing Nitrates though,beneficial bacteria must be forming then.

Just before it finished, my test said the nitrites were higher than 200ppm and that was as high as it went on the scale.
