Cycling Marine tanks w/o killing RL

How do you cycle the marine tanks without killing the thingys that came on the live rock? When I get my live rock I wouldn't want my possiblilities to be killed! How do you all do this?

If the liverock is cured then its simple.. do nothing.. the tank should not even cycle if you have enough live rock

If the liverock is uncured then a way to cycle the rock and tank quickly is to use Livephyto. I have known uncured liverock compltely cylce within 48 hours with this stuff
