Hey all,
So I think I've managed on getting a hold of a Fluval Roma 240 tank only 1 year old that also comes with a Fluval 307 External filter.
I will be buying it if someone can help me with my question.
I currently have a 125L Fluval at the moment running an aqua one external filter. The new tank will be replacing this tank but obviously I do have fish already, I was going too be putting most of the 125L water into the new tank so say probably about 80L of old water I will also be using the sand out of the 125L tank too but has only been in for 2 weeks. Tank was fully cycled for 2months and is now well established.
My only concern is I will have to use the external that comes with the new tank due to the aquaone only doing up too a 200L tank. Does this mean I will have to cycle the tank again making adding the fish a no no? I only have room for the one tank hence the worry about having to cycle again. I will also be adding the live plants from my old tank into the new tank.
Any suggestions will be amazing and advice on how to go about the swap to keep the tank established.
