customers! grr

hey, i work part time on sundays at my lfs. Its a really good shop with a good reputation but has a lack of oddballs! They are starting to come in now and we have had a few fahakas recently. They are such a cool fish and i now know why so many ppl get them with the wrong tank etc.
Anyway a customer wanted to buy it so i asked him what he has and expalined the potential size of the puffer and aggression. Despite having a four foot tank and parrots he stil wanted it. He said he didnt care if they all got killed. So i got the otha lad because i dont like saying no lol! We got in trouble for it and the guys wife rang, told my boss a totaly different story and then came in and bought it!
There such idiots, i just wanted you lot 2 know we do try

yeh i hate customer like that but if i think somethings wrong/right then my manager and boss will stick to my story to prove the customer wrong.

Yea well the customers wife told him a totally different story, that they had no fish in the tank. So its ours against theres. Its not excessive to say a 6 foot tank its needed for the puffer is it?

I also work at my lfs part time.
but because I keep alot of puffers my manager will respect my opinion & knowlage on them.
I also order the stock so I have the last word on the list.
