Looks like I'll be moving back to UK in around 6 weeks or so… Can anyone recommend a company which does custom tanks including delivery or one which makes them for collection in Norfolk or Suffolk?

i hear that http://www.ndaquatics.co.uk are very good, im hoping to get one in the new year, but i said that last year, just hoping to get the funds together

Hiya,

ND Aquatics, without a shadow of a doubt

Just had an 8x2x2 off them with opti-white glassed front

In a word ............ Amazing

Every piece of glass on the tank is scratch-free, and all and i mean all edges come bevelled

My dream tank in later years will be from ND again

Tony

ps : The delivery for mins here in staffordshire was only somert like £29.99 !!! amazing value, ohh they did mine in a few weeks !!

Thanks guys, I already emailed ND for a quote before asking here ;)

Norfolk, right on the coast… at least to start off with, who knows after that? ^_^

Seabray are very good too, just got a 4.5 footer from them and its perfect. They're based in Essex.

I had a look at Seabray as well when I was ordering the tank, but not that impressed with the few photos, as I wanted to see more of the cabinets and hoods before ordering, and lack of prices on the website.

The tank is arriving in about a week, really looking forward to it!

how big is it

137*60*60 cm (54*24*24 inch), with a tallish stand (it's going to be behind an armchair)

Tank is here and looks great! Thanks for the advice, everyone who recommended ND Aquatics :good:

imagine how long to do a water change.
Not all that long, would be using a hose to drain and pump to fill up again ;)

Hope you put some photos on. would love to see all the stages of lighting, filling, scaping and adding the fish
