Custom Reflectors

Hey guys,
I have a 34g all in one planted community tank. I can not get any reflectors for my tank as i have low lighting. What can i do to boost my ligthing output.
I have 2x 18watt tubes and 7100k/14000k.

I went browsed through it I love that pic of the pup

That 14,000K lamp isn't doing you any favours for a planted tank. To much high end radiation which encourages algae, and at the same time, little useful radiation for plants. You'd be better off getting that out and replacing it with a 5,000 - 6,700K lamp.

Yes i am aware of that, but the tubes i have is the best available for my tank.
