Curved spine on red fin tetra

Hi i recently purchased a few red fin columbian tetras and noticed one has this curve on its spine not sure what it really is bit worried the fish could be carrying a disease such as the common tetra diesease that will spread hopefully this is not the case. Appreciate any kind of help on this situation

Just looks like a deformity, it should not have been sold... Maybe they didn't notice or care but all things considered if healthy and eating it should be fine.

The fish in the pic is not a Colombian Red Fin Tetra to me, but a Rosy Tetra species.

I think the fish is on deads end.
