cummon ppl help me out

Hey Guys,
thought i'd ask you before going to the LFS,

I currently have a 200watt heater, a resun filter and a cool lil air pump for an ornement, but just yesterday i noticed a LOT of weird stuff, fungi i think it is all over the heater, and those suckers that hold the heater to the glass, also one of the barbs had some of that stuff on its fin, how do i go about this?
the water has only been there for like 1 week and i have added water purifier and had my water tested for ammonia, (all good) just ph was off so i bought some ph powder thing.
(i only have 5 fish in their at the moment, 5 Tigers)
WHY do i have this fungi crap !!!!!!!

Hey, no the tank is not in sunlight, no where near it. As a matter of fact it doesnt even have a light (yet)

and the fungi is brown in colour, pretty furry and stuff.
id add pics but i already cleaned the heater, of all the crap and it went floating in chunks all over my tank. but the filter got it in like 15 minutes.
