I've searched online and asked a couple of my lfs, but it seems impossible to get one of these!!!

Anyone know of where i can get my hands on one?

Cheers in advance

According to Tropical Fish Finder, at the least these stores have them: Maidenhead Aquatics @ Bracknell, Maidenhead Aquatics @ The Dukeries, Maidenhead Aquatics @ Harlestone Heath and The Aquarium at Cockfields Farm. The latter also does mail order. This species isn't at all rare, and should be easy enough to get, even if you need to order them in specially for you.

Cheers, Neale

Thankyou neale

So far not had any look at my LFS, but i'll do a bit of travelling this weekend to some of the bigger shops.

Cheers

I have seen a few people selling these on aquarist ad website so keep an eye there, and good luck finding them.

There is a group of 5 or 6 beautiful juveniles (~2.5") at the Southampton Aquajardin...

I hope to add one, possibly two to my Rio 240 African Zaire river biotope at some point this year after:-
6 Congo Tetras
(probably) 6 Yellowtail Congo Tetras (or perhaps) 6 Alestes Tetra (or less likely) 6 Humphead glassfish
1 or 2 Golden Panchax (no, not African, but colourful and more importantly tough killis)
1 or 2 African Butterfly
Then the 1 or 2 Ctenopomas
2 pairs of two African Cichlids (Lionhead will hopefully be one of them)
1 Syndontis catfish (one of the ones that are happy being solitary)
~5 Rabbit snails (not African but they are just so leftfield for a snail)
Possibly a couple of Malaysian Trumpets to turnover the sand
Possibly 1 or 2 African Fan Shrimp
