i want to waterchange my fish, but there is cryptosporidium parasite things in the water!
its unsafe for humand and animal consumption because it gives you illness.

so its correct to think i cant use it in my fish tank ?

Actually, I would think you would be fine. In the wild, fish live in water contaminated by crypto so I'd imagine they would be fine with it in captivity.

Honestly though, I would be a lot more concerned with your own safety than the fish. I've never had it but from what I hear crypto is a nasty thing to get. Your water company needs to fix the problem.
