will my CRS shrimp breed with amano's?

i dont think they will but i want to be sure.

thanks guys, might upload some pics of them in a day or two.

CRS are able to breed in freshwater, but amano's need bracish water to breed. they'll not interbreed. even if they could, their offspring wouldn't be viable. they aren't closely related enough.

I thought amanos could breed in any water, but their young need brackish to survive? Mild indifference, but im always glad to learn :(

amano's will breed in most peoples tanks as long as they are happy, - food is plentiful and water conditions are good.

Amanos can breed and release larvae in FW but they die within 2-3 days without brackish conditions.
