Critique Needed On My Tank.

Hi all, i need some advice on my tank, what do you think lets it down and what are the good points about it. I am not sure about the riccia on the right, although i feel as though it will look bare if i take it away. Should i perhaps move it more to the left rather than spread it along the back of the tank? I need your advice!

id say move the rocks closer together, rearrange the hardscape, the planting looks good as is apart from the big gaps betweeen the rocks, once they are closer move the pogostemon inbetween the larger rocks and the small rocks, keep the stems at the back. my critique lol

thanks i am trying to cover the rocks but still so you can see them - as if to mould the plants around - do you get me? The pogostemon is quite small so when that grows a bit taller it should better. I am getting some larger pogostemon too so that should help.
